Delivery to mainland UK addresses is free when you spend over £195.

For non-fabric orders under £195, the delivery cost is £6.95*.

For orders under £195 that include fabric, the delivery cost is £9.95*.

*The delivery cost is £2.95 for paint tester pots up to £25 value.

How much is non-mainland UK delivery?

All items excluding furniture

Delivery to non-mainland UK addresses is free when you spend over £300.

Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands locations have a delivery charge of £15 for all orders under £300*.

Offshore and Isle of Man locations have a delivery charge of £30 for all orders under £300*.

*The delivery cost is £2.95 for paint tester pots up to £25 value.

How much is international delivery?

If you have a question about delivery of items to areas outside of the UK, please contact us.

How do you deliver my order/what delivery options do you have?

All orders will require a signature on delivery. Our fabric, cushions, bedding, ready-made curtains and roman blinds are sent by DX. Paint tester pots, paint and wallpaper are sent by FedEx. Made to measure curtains are sent by DPD Local.

Sofas, chairs, footstools and headboards will be sent with our two-man white glove delivery service. Our couriers will deliver the piece of furniture to your room of choice before unwrapping and taking away the packaging.

Our samples are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post, you will not need to sign for delivery.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Fabric, paint, cushions, cushion covers, bedding and ready-made curtains

Delivered within 2-4 working days.  

If you you’re your item sooner, please contact us.


Delivered within approximately 12 working days. 

Wallpaper paste 

Delivered within 2-4 working days, or with wallpaper if ordered together. 

Made to measure roman blinds

Delivered within approximately 3-4 weeks.  

Made to measure curtains and headboards 

Delivered within approximately 8 weeks. 

Footstools, sofas and armchairs

Delivered within approximately 12 weeks.

Please note that the above delivery timings are estimates and are based upon mainland UK delivery. Delivery to remote areas within the UK may take up to an additional 3 days. Please contact us for information about international delivery.

What time will my order arrive?

With most items, the courier will contact you by text or email to confirm your delivery date and to give an estimated time of delivery.

With furniture order, our courier will contact you to agree a delivery date. When a date has been confirmed, the courier will then be in touch in due course with an agreed delivery time slot.

The information given above refers to UK deliveries only. Please contact us for information about international delivery.

How can I track my order?

We’ll send you an email containing your order tracking link when your item(s) has been despatched.

Will my items ship together?

At The Pure Edit, we strive to provide high quality, beautiful goods that are produced in a way that is conscious of the environment and world around us. Manufacturing therefore takes place in a handful of locations that aren’t always close to each other and shipping directly from these locations means you won’t always receive goods together or in one shipment. To make sure that you can enjoy your new purchases as quickly as possible, we ship our items as soon as they are ready. This is at no extra cost to you.

Why did I receive my order in two shipments?

We’re proud to create beautiful, high-quality goods, manufactured in an environmentally conscious way and, usually, made to order.

While we do have a central hub that houses our in-stock items, many of our products are made to order so we ship these items directly from the place of manufacture to you. This way, we reduce the product miles by avoiding sending your items from place of manufacture to a distribution centre to then be sent out to you.

I need to amend my delivery details

If your item hasn’t yet been despatched, please contact our customer care team on 0330 055 2996 and we will amend the delivery information for you.

If you have received an email to say that your item has been despatched, please follow the instructions given by the courier to amend your delivery details.

How can I check if a headboard or sofa will fit through my door?

As with any large purchase, it is essential to check that the item you are buying will fit through hallways and doorways, and into your room of choice. If you are looking to place an order, take a look at our guide on how to check my item will fit. If you have any questions about the delivery of furniture or large items, please contact us.

What happens if I’m not in?

If you aren’t in at the time of delivery, you’ll receive a notification from the courier to say that they were unable to delivery. They will usually attempt to redeliver the next working day.

With furniture deliveries, we will confirm the delivery date with you to make sure you are available on that date. If you are not in on the day of delivery, there will be an additional charge to redeliver the item.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you know ahead of time that you aren’t going to be in on the date of delivery, and we can look to amend the delivery date.

Can I return my order?

If an item is made to order or cut to length, it is non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, wallpaper, made to measure curtains, blinds, fabric, paint, headboards and furniture.

With this in mind, we encourage you to order samples of wallpaper, paint and fabric before you make a purchase, to ensure that you are happy with the colour, design or material.

Cushions, cushion covers, ready-made curtains and bedding are available from stock and can therefore be returned within 14 days.

How do I return an order?

If you are looking to return a cushion, cushion cover, bedding or ready-made curtains, please contact us and ensure you include:

Your order number.

Your full name.

Your email address.

The name of the item(s) you are looking to return.

The reason for your return.

When we have the details above, we can generate a returns label for you.

Please return the goods in their original packaging and in an unused condition. It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is packaged correctly for return so it is not damaged in transit.

Which items cannot be returned?

We are unable to accept returns on items that are made to order or cut to length. This includes fabric (which has been cut specially to your size), wallpaper (which is printed to order), paint (which has been mixed to order), made to measure curtains and blinds, headboards and furniture (which have all been created especially for you).
