Samples

UK

Samples are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post, free of charge and are usually delivered within 2-3 working days excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays. Delivery may take an additional 1-2 days to remote locations within the UK.

International

Samples are sent by Royal Mail International Standard. Delivery times can vary, see estimated timings with charges included below.

Mainland UK

Free delivery on orders of £195 or more.
Delivery charge of £6.95 for all non-fabric orders under £195*
Delivery charge of £9.95 for all orders under £195* that include fabric.

* The delivery charge for paint tester pots up to £25 in value is £2.95

All items will require a signature on delivery.

Non-Mainland & Remote UK

Free delivery on orders of £300 or more.
Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands locations have a delivery charge of £15 for all orders under £300*
Offshore and Isle of Man locations have a delivery charge of £30 for all orders under £300*

*The delivery charge for paint tester pots up to £25 in value is £2.95.

All items will require a signature on delivery.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery time is displayed on each product page and will also be confirmed at checkout.

You can find estimated delivery times for each product category below. It is important to note that delivery to remote areas within the UK may take an additional 3-4 days.

Fabric, paint, cushions, cushion covers, bedding and ready-made curtains	Delivered within 2-4 working days. If the order is required more urgently, please contact us.
Wallpaper	Delivered within 7-9 working days.
Made to measure roman blinds	Delivered within 3-4 weeks.
Made to measure curtains	Delivered within 8 weeks.

Furniture

Our furniture is delivered using a two-man white glove service. The service includes positioning the item in a room of your choice and disposal of the packaging. All furniture orders will require a signature on delivery.

The cost of furniture delivery is determined by the item size and delivery location. The cost will always be confirmed at checkout, with a breakdown displayed below.

Mainland UK

Estimated delivery times

You can find the estimated time to delivery on the individual product pages. Guidelines as to delivery timescales can be found below.

Headboards	Delivered within 8 weeks.
Footstools, armchairs & sofas	Delivered within approximately 12 weeks.

Our courier will always contact you beforehand to agree the delivery date. Once a delivery date is agreed, you will receive a four-hour delivery time slot. On the day of delivery itself, you will receive a call approximately an hour before the courier is due to arrive.
